    Michaela has over 10 years of experience in global merchandising, e-commerce, and strategic growth initiatives within the corporate retail industry, sharpening her skills on the East Coast with two prolific brands, Talbots and Gap. Her strength in merchandising includes expertise in building best-in-class product assortments that fuel top line sales and improve profitability, robust financial acumen and analytical skills, developing omni-channel business strategies and leading cross-functional teams through execution, and translating customer knowledge into sales and revenue growth. In this next chapter, Michaela’s passion for merchandising, driving operational improvements, and fostering team collaboration is ready to be focused on making positive impacts on small businesses and being her own boss.

    CO-FOUNDER

    Regi has over 15 years in the corporate retail industry, honing her skills as a high-performing, strategic merchant leader across a vast résumé of national brands, including Gap, Inc., Lands’ End, and finally to the Talbots brand umbrella in New England where she met Michaela and resides today. Her broad experience spans digital, store, and catalog channels; vertical and wholesale selling models; and category product offering. She has consistently proven to drive both top and bottom line growth, innovate and implement processes, deliver sales goals, meet calendar deadlines, and foster team development. With a foundation in traditional merchandising roles, the past four years have been focused on the digital landscape, e-commerce strategy and analytics, and fully embracing the new world in which consumers live and shop today. With more life lived, Regi is ready to own her own time and be in service of business owners and brands, especially those led by other women.
