Closet Cleanouts:
what you need to know

Review, edit, and organize what you currently own. I take what doesn’t work for you and donate it or responsibly trash it. Instant gratification!

  • EDIT

We review everything in your closet to clear out what no longer works for you.

  • SORT

we sort edits into sell, donate, or trash. we sort what you are keeping into ‘wear now’ or ‘store for later’ (think occasion-wear or nostalgic items).

  • ORGANIZE

We organize your closet to make getting dressed easy by placing items you wear most often in the most accessible places. We hang and fold things so they fit better (and look prettier).

  • IDENTIFY

After editing and organizing, we have a clear picture of any gaps in your wardrobe. No more impulse-buying from social links! Together, we make a list of what you need and I deliver recommendations.

“Going into my new closet has been such a game changer. It’s fun and easy to find stuff now! I’ve always had disaster closets and now I see the light. I had no idea what I had been missing. ”

FAQs

  • $100/hour. I charge for my time only, not how much (or how little!) you want to spend on clothing or organizing. If you communicate your budget, we can work together to meet it!

  • I work with each client on an individual basis - some clients are local and we can work together in person in their home, in my home, or shopping locally. Other clients live further away and I do everything I can to accommodate their needs through online shopping, video styling sessions, or through me traveling to clean out a closet or shop together. My goal is to make getting dressed easier for every client, however we can make that happen.

  • Yes! For clients who don’t live nearby I do everything I can to accommodate their needs through phone conversations, sharing inspiration images back and forth, online shopping, and video styling sessions. My goal is to make getting dressed easier for every client, however we can make that happen.

  • Yes! If it works that I can shop locally for a client I do. This could work two ways: either I go to the retailer to pull product for a styling session and bring it to wherever we are working, or we schedule a time to go into stores and try on and style there. I am doing prep work in both instances to get an idea of what we would want to try on so that we don’t waste any of the client’s time.
